Cradle Cap

Cradle cap should be treated promptly with a regular hand soap, and the dry crust on the scalp should be removed with a comb or stiff brush. If this is not done, the rash may spread over the baby's face, neck and body. If the above treatment does not stop cradle cap, your physician should be consulted. Oils or lotions should not be used.
